Feeling low and unhappy?

Time to raise your vibration and bring your joy back into your life.

It only takes a few small steps to start lifting your vibration.

Step 1. Gratitude

Even on the worst day of your life, there is always something to be grateful for!

Example: You were blessed you to wake up that morning.

Start each morning by writing down three things you are grateful for in your life. You will surprise yourself just how much you have to be grateful for.

Step 2. Do What Makes Your Heart Sing.

When you feel low and negative. The world feels like it's falling in on you.

Time to put on your favourite song and turn it up loud, sing and dance like you did when you were a child.

Step 3. Affirmations

Each morning write three Affirmations and repeat them in the mirror.

Example: I am happy, healthy and loved

When you say them, believe that you are these things. I am happy , I am really happy, I radiate happiness

Step 4. Believe In Yourself

Believe you can do anything you set your mind to do.

Believe you can have the life you want.

Love yourself and be kind to yourself.

You are beautiful inside and out.
